Welcome to the Central Nervous System Pathology Laboratory. The following materials are available online:

This 1.5 hour lab covers gross specimens and microscopic slides of vascular, degenerative, infectious, neoplastic and metabolic neurologic diseases. Eight slides illustrate morphologic features of typical lesions. In any given case, there may be some variations from slide to slide, but they all illustrate the same pathologic changes.
