This 60 year old normotensive man comes to your clinic with a history of severe head aches and schotomas every time he urinates. No other important clinical signs are revealed during your exam. You would now do the following :

 

  1. Lend him a portable sphyngomanometer and tell him to take his blood pressure when he urinates
  2. Send him to a psychiatrist
  3. Give him an Aspirin and send him home
