May Hegglin Anomaly

• Autosomal Dominant

• Large Abnormal Döhle Bodies

  • Neutrophils, monocytes, giant platelets
  • Rough ER
  • Larger and bolder than in infection

• Thrombocytopenia

  • Large Platelets (4-8 ?m)
  • Some have abnormal bleeding
