• Deficient Ability of Neutrophils to Undergo Oxidative Burst

  • Can’t kill bacteria
  • Recurrent infections (catalase+ bacteria and fungi)

• X-linked (2/3) or Recessive (1/3)

• Associated with Muscular Dystrophy

• NBT test of Oxidative Burst Analysis by Flow Cytometry
