Paleopathology Case 13 Male, age 25 dating from 250 AD. The external examination showed a circular wound in the neck into the trachea and a large, 20 cm wound in the left abdomen with the left hand holding loops of the intestine. The head had been cut off and was probably taken as a trophy. Organs were present and normal except for one kidney. Diagnosis ? | Return to Table of Contents
