Paleopathology Case 46 Excavation from the island of Guam, Latte phase AD 800-1000. Female: age 40. Images shows bones from 2 thumbs and 5 finger distal phalanges from distal ends. In 2 of the specimens, little remains but the proximal end plate. Four of the proximal end plates appear normal, three are flared and cupped.
