Paleopathology Case 89 Left lateral skull with abnormal porosity of the greater wing of the sphenoid and temporal bone in a child about eleven years of age. The skull is from an archeological site in Pachacamac, Peru, dated between 900 and 1450 AD. The lesion is bilateral and also is associated with bilateral lesion on the orbital roof and the posterior maxilla and zygomatic bone. Submitted by: Dr. Donald J.
